Kacy's Rodeo Day

I love Kacy's preschool! They do so many cute little events, and she really enjoys it, too! They had Rodeo Day the other day, and they were supposed to have a little music/dance for us to come watch. Kacy usually never cares what she wears to school, so I was completely caught off guard when she threw a fit about wearing her "rodeo" shirt! I got the cutest little shirt for her specifically for the rodeo day. It was red, white, and blue plaid with glitter mixed in. The minute she saw it, she started saying that she didn't want to wear it. Well, I wasn't going to let that happen. Usually, I don't put up much of a fight when the girls don't want to wear something, but for some reason I was not going to let her get out of this one! It was a bit of a struggle (okay, maybe more than a bit), but we left with her plaid shirt, pigtail braids, and tears staining her face. So sad! By the time we got to school, she was fine. When I came back to school to get her, she was fine. The minute we got home...she changed that damn shirt! :)
Her dance was super cute! They had all the parents circle up and dance with them. Kacy was all into the motions, and she tried to do everything the "right" way. She wanted to dance with her little bestfriend, Sarah, and when it was time to do the "crazy dance" they went crazy jumping around together. They have such a sweet little friendship!
